“31st Annual Congress of the European Association of TISSUE AND CELL BANKS” – EATCB2023 Congress will be held in Zagreb, Croatia, from November 22 to 24, 2023, at the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Radnička cesta 21.

Accommodation

Congress will take place in hotel Hilton Garden Inn, Radnička cesta 21, 10000 Zagreb.

Due to great interest, the accommodation in Hilton Garden Inn hotel is fully booked.

Alternative option for your accommodation is in the Hilton DoubleTree hotel, which is in walking distance from the congress hotel (approx 300 meters). Accommodation prices in the Hilton DoubleTree hotel:

DURING REGISTRATION PROCESS, PLEASE STATE IF YOU NEED ACCOMMODATION- ACCORDING TO YOUR REGISTRATION, ROOM RESERVATION WILL BE DONE.

Rates are in EUR, per room, per day (breakfast, city tax and VAT are included).

Hotel reservation will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accommodation capacities will be filled according to the receipt of the reservation and payment, until filled.

Accommodation booking is available only for the conference participants.

Any cancellation or changes must be sent to the Technical Organizer – ana.zunic@penta-zagreb.hr – in official written e-mail.

Please note that only after the accommodation fee is settled your hotel reservation is considered valid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION:

till 06.10.2023. cancellation is possible with full refund. Organiser will charge 15,00 EUR for administrative expences.
after 07.10.2023. refund is not possible
